Robin Farmanfarmain wrote the book The Patient as CEO, and since then has been booked on 50 conferences to talk about the future of medical technology. She was hospitalized for most of her childhood as well as having 3 organs removed. Since then she was determined to get medical breakthroughs, such as the one that eventually let her have a normal life.
